1. Acceptance
By using PRISM ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
3. User content
Comments, reactions, and other content you post are yours, but you grant PRISM a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Service. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spam, or violates these Terms. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.
4. Subscriptions (PRO)
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly (£2.99) or annually (£23.99). New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time and keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
6. AI-generated content
Briefings are written with AI assistance and may contain inaccuracies. PRISM is for informed reading, not investment, legal, or medical advice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
